RSVP Submission

Admission

• This is a private RSVP-only event.
• All guests must have a confirmed RSVP or approved ticket before arriving.
• Guests without a confirmed reservation may be denied entry.
• All attendees must check in upon arrival.

Age Requirements

• Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for anyone consuming alcohol.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times if participating in beverage packages.

Guest Conduct

• Please treat all guests, vendors, entertainers, and staff with courtesy and respect.
• Fighting, harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
• Anyone creating an unsafe or uncomfortable environment may be removed from the event without a refund.

Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol may only be served by authorized event bartenders.
• Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless specifically approved by event management.
• We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or violates event policies.
• Please drink responsibly and arrange for a safe ride home if needed.

Pool & Venue Safety

**The pool will not be used for this event as it will be held in mid November. **

• Swim at your own risk. 
• No lifeguard is on duty.
• Running, roughhousing, diving, or unsafe behavior around the pool is prohibited.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times if a family-friendly event is being held.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Smoking

• Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas, if provided.
• Please dispose of cigarette butts and waste properly.

Food & Beverage

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by event organizers.
• Please notify staff of any food allergies before consuming prepared food.

Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• By attending, guests grant permission for their image or likeness to appear in event marketing and social media unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Property Damage

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage they intentionally or negligently cause to the venue or event property.

Weather

• The event will proceed rain or shine unless organizers determine conditions are unsafe.
• Any schedule changes will be communicated through official event channels.

Refund Policy

• Admission fees, VIP packages, vendor fees, and add-ons are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Right to Refuse Admission

• Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest, vendor, or participant who violates these rules, behaves inappropriately, or poses a safety risk. Removal from the event does not entitle the individual to a refund. 

Security & Safety Policy 

• By entering the Good Vibes Event, all attendees acknowledge that professional security personnel will be on-site for the duration of the event. No drugs, firearms, knives, weapons, or any other dangerous or prohibited items are permitted on the premises. Event organizers reserve the right to inspect bags, verify identification when necessary, deny entry, or remove any person who violates event rules or engages in behavior that threatens the safety, security, or enjoyment of guests, vendors, staff, or the venue. Any illegal activity will be reported to local law enforcement. Admission is contingent upon compliance with all event policies and security procedures.
